Change Workflow steps

Hi ,

When i create new workflow in JIRA by default "Open" will be set as 1st step , i need to set 1st step as "Not Started". How can i achieve this. Please explain the steps.

Hi Srinivasan,

1. Login to JIRA as administrator and go to Administration -> Workflows

2. Click on Add Workflow

3. By Default you will see step named "Open". Click on "Edit" and you will have the options to change this.
