Change date format in a template

Good morning, we have to send an email with date format dd / mm / yyyy hh: mm: ss. We have created a Script (using Scriptrunner) to perform the formatting of the date, but we can not execute the script from the mail template. How can we do it?

We have already found the solution, just change the date and time formats of the Jira. We have followed these two links:
