Change default 'View Open' and 'View Closed' JQL

I want to know if it is possible to change the default JQL in VIew Open and View Closed

For What i search it is not but i would like a confirmation on this topic. Is there a way to add a third button that would do the my JQL

I want to return all tickets in a organization, instead of the 'opened by the people inside the organization' default

I wanted to change the default 'view open'

reporter in organizationMembers("X") AND resolution = Unresolved AND "Request Type" is not EMPTY

for 

Organizations in ("X") AND resolution = Unresolved AND "Request Type" is not EMPTY

I looked a lot and it looks like is not editable, so i might just create a chrome extension that replace the strings. Thanks anyway

Where are you looking at when you see "view open" and "view closed"?

I ask because Jira tends to think in terms of "is the resolution field empty?" when looking at open or closed, so I'm not sure what you are looking at, or how you would like to define it.
