Change default permission schemes for new project

I just found out that after upgrade Jira to version 7.13.3, when adding a new project JIRA is automaticaly assigning "Default software scheme", how could I change this setting? Let say when adding a new project, it will be assign to "Default permission scheme" or my custom scheme?

There is some similar my question, but seen no solution.

Hello,

You can not change it. You would need either to change it manually or use the create project with shared configuration feature.
