Change format type of "updated" column?

Hi,

Would it be also possible to change the "format type" of the updated column, so that it uses the full date format including time by default?

I am talking for example about the "list view" in "search issues" The "updated" column only shows the date, not the time.

The date and time settings are a system wide variable that can be configured in the settings.
