Change issuenum increment interval

Ive already changed the projects starting issuenum to a higher value.

Is there a way to change to interval in which the issuenums increase?

So i create issue with key ABC-1000, the next issue i create gets ABC-1020, next issue ABC-1040. So i have interval of 20.

Is this possible?

It is not configurable. You will have to modify the JIRA core code. Not recommended.
