Change layout of edit ticket schema

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

When editing a ticket that has been created in a Company Managed Project, all of the associated details are populated in the sidebar.

 

As these details will need to be regularly referenced throught the ticketing process, i would prefer that they appear in the main window, not the sidebar.

 

Is this achievable?

Hi @sam 

Yes! it is achievable if you are a Jira or project admin to be able to configure the layout of the work item.

In your case, you will need to move your fields from the Context fields to the Description fields. Please follow the steps in Customize the layout of the work item on this page https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-layout/
