We want to decline a bulk of issues, but while doing this we face a problem. First we get a note that says this field is not available for bulk update operations (see screenshot). After trying to decline the bulk, we get an error message saying "Time spent is required". We tried to remove the Log Work Field, but then it still gave us the error saying "Time Spent is required. But is not present on screen".
Is there a way to make Time Spent (Log work) visible just like change resolution. (see screenshot)
