Hi All,

I have got a question but not sure how to set it up: Change notification emails to to send out a single email twice a day at 8AM and 9PM CST for one specific project.

Could you please support with this?

You could create an Automation for Jira schedule rule that runs at certain times. What type of information would be in the email?

Hi Pavle, welcome to the Community. You cannot achieve this out of the box. If this is a hard requirement you might check one of the email handler addons in the Marketplace.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for the quick response. Customer only wants to disable notification scheme for the project, so this wont be needed anymore.
