Change of description notifications

Hello all,

we need to configure notifications in the project. The notifications should not be sent, when some text was changed - meaning when the description changed, comment was added or updated. It is obvious for comments - just turn off Issue Commented (Edited, Deleted) event, however for the change of description, I would have to turn off whole event Issue Updated, which is not wanted. 

So my question, is there a way to turn off notifications only for change of description, but not other notifications included in Issue Updated event? Also is there some list of all the changes, which are included in Issue Updated event?
