Change order of issue type in create issue drop down in a company managed project.

I have read that the order of the issues that show on create issue can be modified by doing this 

Project Settings > Issues > Types > Actions > Edit Issue Types.  Then on this page you can add, remove, or reorder the issue types. The order that they appear in these settings should be the same as they appear on the Create Issue screen.

Doing so had no change in the order. Any thoughts as why the case may be?

Please advice.

Hi @Pantham Akhil 

The issue you're experiencing with reordering issue types in the "Create Issue" dropdown is a recognized limitation in Jira Cloud.

Despite making the correct changes in settings, Jira currently does not apply these changes to this specific dropdown, a challenge faced by many users.
