How to change server ID once I have linked to a license key
Hi! I just wanted to provide an answer on this question based on the resolution of the support case that was opened - this can be helpful to people browsing the Community who encounter an error like this in the future.
In this case, licenses were purchased for Jira Software and Jira Service Desk, but a Jira Core evaluation license was also applied to a separate server.
Generally, you can retrieve your active licenses from my.atlassian.com and apply them using these instructions:

I did, but after that Jira gives the message:
The license could not be installed.
This license is not for the selected product. Please make sure that the license is for the selected product and contact Support if the issue continues.

Just copy and paste the license key to new server.

The error you provided would tell me that you are using the wrong key for the product you are trying to install. Make sure the two are aligned. Otherwise contact Atlassian Support.
