Change the background color of Jira

Hello, 

One of my colleagues likes to work in the dark so he would like to a dark color background on jira, he is a software license user, I would like to personalize the look and feel just for him.

Is that possible?

You can install the stylish for you browser and search for "Jira Dark (improved)" for example.
