Change the date format of "Date Time Picker" custom field

Hi

Currently in our Jira instance the system date fields (created, resolved, etc) are displaying the date as "MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM"  (Example:  09/22/2023 07:10)

And, Custom Fields (Ex: Change Start Date, Change End Date, etc) are displaying date as  "dd/MMM/YYYY HH:MM" (Example:  22/Sep/2023 07:10) 

We want custom fields to be displayed similar to system fields (like:  09/22/2023 07:10) 

Can someone suggest how to change the format?

Hi, We are on server. I think, I figured it out. Thanks. 

If we go to System -> General Configuration -> Advance Settings. There is an option to change it.
