Change the default number of transition buttons in JIRA OnDemand

Need to change the default number of transition buttons allowed in JIRA - the added transitions show up on the workflow pull down menu, but when the default is exceeded the pull down menu is grayed out (deactivated).

Yes, this is possible. Since you're running JIRA OnDemand, you'll have to ask support.atlassian.com to perform the changes for you.
