I want to ask how we can change the status based on the conditions and custom field
The case is as follows:
- I have a custom field name as "Department" when I choose one of the departments (HR, Legal, etc) this will create a ticket in the parent ticket as a subtask. "This part Done"
I need after all the subtask status "Done" to automatically at the parent ticket move to the next status "Need to prepare".
Could anyone help me to achieve my goal, please?

Hi @Zaid Darras - This can be accomplished with a second rule like this:
The key is the Sub-tasks match:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
