Change the 'title' for the jira support task screen

Do you know where the name 'test' is being picked from: in the attached screenshot? I can not find it anywhere in my configurations and looks now like it is test environment.Test name jira.PNG

Those two messages are set in the "portal settings" in the project portal settings.

Look for the "portal settings" link under https://<yoursystem>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/admin/<project-key>/portal-settings
