Change the weight of the Log Work button so that is easily identifiable to the users?

I have a request to change the weight of the ork Button in the dropdown menu so that the users can more easily identify it. I have changed the weight in the system-issueoperations-plugin.xml so that it appears on the toolbar. 

I used the Devinti plugin "Conditions Validator" to change the color of the remaining buttons however it won't work for the button that I am most interested in.
