I recently created an account to use Jira Software management (free licence). I am project admin.
I created multiple tickets but I am unable to change ticket priority once they are created.
However, when I create a ticket, there is no field to change the priority.
All my tickets are stucked to medium.
How to change ticket priority ?

There is a system field called Priority. Make sure , you have added this field on the create/edit screen for your project.
You can add this field on your transition screens also.
Could you tell me where to go on Jira to edit this screen ?
