I have a user whose last name has changed since we created her user in JIRA. We log in through our work Gmail accounts, so the username for her Gmail account became the one used for JIRA. A couple of things have happened since then. She changed her Gmail username to reflect her changed name and we do see that change reflected in JIRA. In fact, we see her full updated name because usernames are no longer used in Atlassian Cloud (https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2018/06/say-goodbye-to-usernames-in-atlassian-cloud?_ga=2.246343364.1948176686.1555593086-1058007667.1515698632). However, if we do an advanced search using her name, the JQL reverts back to her original username. Is there any way to fix this?

Due to GDPR that was implemented last year, usernames will no longer be used in Cloud.
Currently, it was removed from the user management, but eventually it will not show on other features, probably mentions and JQL will use "Full name", we still don't know for sure.
