I have created a new story workflow to assign against a project but once I had assigned it and associated it to the project all previous story tickets disappeared. I can't understand why, any help would be much appreciated.
My guess is that it has removed issues from a board, not the actual issues themselves.
Check the board configuration, I suspect the board either excludes the new status of the missing issues, or the status is not mapped in the columns.
