Changes are being Logged with users without any changes are being made

Some changes like modifying/Updating the fields(Due Date/Start Date) are being made by users is "Activity" tab who are neither associated with those particular project nor the programs(BigPicture) that are having Issues of the particular.

Please keep be updated we are using BigPicture Plug-in in our instance.

If you don't want these people making changes, remove their permission to make them.  (Better, talk to them and ask them to stop, but if that does not help, you will need to constrain them)
