Changes to user details do not save.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
As an administrator, I am updating user details to enable access to Jira Software and remove an un-needed role. After I make the changes and navigate away from the User Management screen, the changes revert back to what they were before I changed them.
Added: Access to Jira Software
Removed: Removed User from group 'jira-users'.
