Hi all!!
In our company, Infraestructure team is changing the domain of the gmail accounts.
As users are using google athentication, this change should be done individualy.
So we followed the following steps:
1. Infraestructure team, changed the domain of a test user from @XXXXX.com.ar for @zzzzzz.com.ar
2. the test user accessed to his account settings /email and entered the new email address (that would be for example: testuser@zzzzzz.com.ar ; and it is shown down below that a verification email has been sent that user needs to confirm.
3. The user access with his updated email account testuser@zzzzzz.com.ar, but there is no verification email.
4. we 've tried to resend but no mail was received.
Don't know what is happening but we have been trying for the last 3 days and we didn't succeded.
Anybody has any idea of what to do? I have reach atlassian team but we are still sending emails to each other.
