Changing the symbol next to a task that has different resolution

In the sub-tasks view there is a green V symbol that indicates that the task was closed. Is it possible to change the symbol regards to the resolution?

This symbol is a default symbol in Jira for subtasks with status closed. (In view issue screen when you can see all sub-tasks related to e certain issue).

My question is if it is possible to use a different symbol for issues that are also with status closed, but the resolution is not completed (for example dropped/duplicate)

I don't know if the existing symbol is default by jira or it can be customized.

Nope, you can't customize this symbol.
