I can't select multiple options on JIRA Service Desk portal. I don't understand the reason for this problem. Please help me

Sorry to hear you are facing a problem.
As I understood, the error happens only when you select more than a single option in the checkbox field when you are creating a new issue in the customer portal. Is it correct?
If that's the case, I recommend you to check the following:
1 - Check if you don't have the Field has single value Validator configured in your workflow
- Navigate to your SD project > Project settings > Workflows > Click to edit the workflow related to the issue type where you are able to reproduce the problem
- Click on the create transition of the workflow > Validators
- Check if the Field has single value Validator is configured in your workflow.
2 - There is a bug related to this behavior that was long closed in JIRA Cloud application:

Just to make sure you are facing a variety of this problem in your JIRA, can you provide us the version of your JIRA Application and what browser you are currently using?
if none of the possibilities above is the one you are facing, can you let us know if the same problem happens when you try to create the request trough the internal interface of JIRA instead of the Customer portal?
