Checking for Activity Count in Confluence, Jira and Service Desk

Hi All,

I'm assessing the current use of one of many software suites my company is employing. We have a problem with software just being adopted by various teams and it's becoming a burden to manage and the cost is obviously phenomenal.

For our Atlassian stack, I'm trying to get a rough idea of how much 'usage' there is. I know it's not straight forward as I've done some searching and I can check things like user sessions but as an admin is there a way to determine things like:

Jira - # of tickets created or updated per day across all projects (I know you can do it per project but I rather not have to go through each one)

Service Desk (yes the old version) - likewise for Service Desk

Confluence - # of page views and edits across all spaces

These are just some metrics I'm thinking of but if there are more appropriate ones and how to check I'm all ears. Any help would be great.
