Checklist Custom Field Not Exporting Values Correctly

Has anyone had any issue with checklist custom fields when exporting? We have 3 different available values for a checklist custom field that when viewed in JIRA 6.4. (server version), shows correctly, but when exported, it shows the same value for all issues filtered. Anyone know why?

Apparently the checklist regardless if checked or not shows as a value on a search or export. Changed my field type to be a multi select. Could of done check box, but the query to search when multiple values are checked is a little more complex.
