Hi Atlassian,
We're using Atlassian On-Demand and have a few products - and you have our credit card on file. Now I want to do a simple thing - add more users. You are asking me to go through an entire checkout process, give our company credit card again to charge $11. I've already spent more company money while trying to do this. Now our finance guy will spend more time (money). If you already have all the info and I am not even getting a new product, why do I have to go through this entire process?
