Child issue (test cases) are not seen in test execution

Hello, 

As I mentioned in title, literally I cannot see the child test cases in test execution.

My procedure to test is like below.

1. Create 2 test cases

2. Let one of the test case be the child of the other (Relation)

3. Make a test plan and import parent test case

4. Execute a test plan above

5. Click test execution and check test case

6. But Child test case is not listed

Basically I'd like to evaluate the parent test case as well as child test cases

please could you specify what third part app you are using for test management?
