Hello!
We are using Classic software projects on a daily basis.
There is one team who is creating the issues, and second who have to answer.
And I would like to measure the time between assigning the issue to a person and his first response (comment).
Is there a way te measure it in the Classic software project? If yes, then where can I find it? :)
thanks in advance!
Hi @Kacper Podgrudny ,
Though it may need some minor adjustment with capturing date of issue assigned event I have an easy to use solution for your use case.
Time to SLA offers users to set goals for the time spent between statuses, date/time custom fields, and comments. In your use case, I suggest capturing the time when the issue assigned to someone (a simple automation rule would suffice) until their first comment. You can also use calendars and define pause statuses if there are any.
With Time to SLA, you can track your team's performance through SLA reports which give you overall and detailed information about how much time spent until the first comment.
I'm one of the members of Time to SLA team. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Gökçe
Hi Gökçe,
thank you for your answer, but, correct me if I'm wrong, Time to SLA is dedicated to the Service Desk only. While I'm looking for a solution for Classic Software Projects.
Cheers,
Kacper
