Clearer Task Statuses in a Company Based Project vs Team

Hello everyone,

My question or statement is surrounding the ability to quickly glance at items in the backlog of a company based project. As of right now, I'm aware that if you would like to display the status of the particular task in the backlog (In-progress, Blocked, ...) its through the card layout config page. 

On a team based project status is more easily glance-able as its in larger bold and even color coordinated.

Is there a solution similar to the team based project that you've found that works well in a Company based Jira Project?
