Clicking '+" in the list view is not creating issues.

Have you tried to use Incognito window in Chrome? see if it behaves the same.

I tried and tested it on my end - JWM list view allows me to add new issue clicking on the + sign.

If after doing it in the Incognito window issue persists I would say please reach out to our A team via our Contact Page >> technical support.

I tried in the incognito. It behaves the same.

No issue is getting created by clicking '+' button in the list view
