Clicking on any Jira link and keep coming back to an unrelated KANBAN board page.

Every time I click on any Jira link, I keep coming back to a specific KANBAN board page. These links never go to the intended destination. For example:

https://jira.express-scripts.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=56800

The above link always goes instead to:

https://jira.express-scripts.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

How do I fix that issue?
