Hi community,
I have run into an error when trying to connect the ClientSuccess application to Jira.
I have followed the ClientSuccess documentation (https://help.clientsuccess.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000476071-JIRA-Support-View-Integration) to the letter, but when reaching the part to 'Authenticate in ClientSuccess' I consistently get an error, i.e. a huge exclamation mark saying that 'something went wrong'.
Has anyone else experienced the same perhaps?
