Clone/copy stories/epics from a jira board to another one

In accordance with our vendor (Pierce Washington) I need to copy/clone pending items under this Jira board to our suezwts atlassian under a specific Jira board.

I need urgent help to learn how to do it to avoid a lot of manual work.
