Clone option does not appear in "More actions>" menu.

I am trying to clone an issue, but I cannot find the option "Clone" in the "More actions>" menu.

Please, could you inform me if there is any configuration or parameter which I have to activate?

Hello Javier,

The 'Clone' feature, by default, should be only dependent of the 'Create Issue' permission. Hence, there are three things that come to my mind that could be causing this behavior:

• The user actually doesn't have the permission:*+ This would be the case if the user was also unable to clone other issues in the same project;
• The workflow has a property to modify the permissions:*+ In this case, if you transition this issue to another status, you should be able to clone it;
• and lastly +*the default feature is replaced with another*+ (e.g. the Clone Plus for JIRA) add-on.
