When a user creates a Roadmap Item in a project and the answer to a custom field is no, then we want to create tickets in 7 other projects using templates from those projects. Is there a way to do this with the out of the box automation in Jira Cloud?

We want to help people with requests, but not give them bite-size solutions.
We want people to try and if they get stuck, help them out. But then people will learn and understand the logic, instead of providing a solution that they don't understand.
