I am trying to clone tickets. When I clone them, none of the comments and/or screenshots from the previous ticket are coming over. I chose the attachments option and the attachments did come over.
Is there something else I need to do to ensure the comments and/or screenshots also come over?

Out of the box Jira will not provide that functionality when you clone a ticket. You will need an add-on such as Deep Clone.
It's indeed possible to clone comments and attachments with our Jira cloud app Deep Clone for Jira.
