We have two projects service and software. I have cloned all the issues from service to software and the notifications are not getting to the cloned issues in software project. I added send email automatuion rule still it is not working?

issues cloned don't get updates placed on the original issue, this could be achieved by automation.
As Marc mentioned, cloned issues don't automatically receive updates from original issues. However, there are several approaches that might help:
1. Ensure both projects have appropriate notification schemes configured in Project Settings > Notifications.
2. For your automation rule to work correctly, you'll need to:
- Ensure the rule is activated for the correct project
- Verify trigger conditions are being met
- Check the Automation Rule Audit Log to confirm if the rule is firing
