When I am cloning an issue, sometimes takes very long aprox 20-30 sec.
I am monitoring the system and all seems ok.
Does anyone knows why ? Any workaround?
The only thing I have seen is, that if the issue has some worklogs, this takes longer.

How long does it take for you to clone some issue? (with worklogs included and without attachments)

i dont think the number is a KPI - can imagine that one field can cause such a high response time - always depends on the field and what are you doing with it.
maybe it will help if you can detect recent changes to custom fields that have been made since the problem was noticed.
