Hello! I registered on your platform, currently I am studying IT-course as QA. Used the platform to do homework at the academy. As a result, access to the account was closed and my entire portfolio was gone. How to be in this situation? My mentors from the academy said that the free version is eternal if there are no violations. What is the reason?? Thank youБлок.png

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Sites that use all Free products may be suspended/deactivated if there is 120 days with no activity in the products. Were you not active in the products for 120 days or more? If you were inactive, you should've received emails at various points warning that the site would be deactivated, as outlined here:

I will escalate this to Atlassian support but you should be able to reactivate it by logging in and using the application again.
