Recently, our board backlog started to show closed tickets. Usually, any ticket where StatusCategory = Done is not displayed in the backlog. Nothing about the board filter has changed that would cause this, and I can't find any settings in the Board Settings that would change it. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Please check your Board Setting Configure Board settings>Columns.
Verify if you have Done status is in the last column or not.
Yes there is a column for Done on the board, but it is not in the last column.
However, Done doesn't show up in the Columns settings (as do a number of other statuses that should be there).

There was a scrollbar at the bottom of the columns that I didn't realize was there so I couldn't see all the columns! I moved the Blocked status from the last column, and it resolved the issue!
