Cloud- How to associate Field configuration with new projects

Hi, I have our "default" field configuration and specific fields I want to show up when we create new issues in our work management projects. 

I can see the list of fields but they do not show up when I go to issue types in project settings.

For team managed projects, you can't use field configuration schemes. They are only available for company managed projects.
