Cloud - Making Workflow buttons more noticeable

I have a group of users in my system that are the farthest from Tech Savvy you can get. Im trying to find a way to make the workflow buttons in the top of the issue layout to be easily visible to thwart the constant stream of "I dont know how to do this"

Unfortunately, the feature to make workflow buttons more noticeable, is not implemented.

However, there is a open feature request, for this to be implemented.
