Cloud Solution Other Than OnDemand

we are planning to move from standlone Jira to some cloud solution which is fesisble for our current setup. we have already gone thorugh the Ondemand Jira and realized we cant servive without database access. anyone using cloud soultion other than Ondemand. could you please let us know the details of solution provider and how usefull is that when comared to ondemand. we would aldo like to know the cost details of the same. Thanks for your time.

I'm mildly curious about "cannot survive without database access" - as you certainly can't write to Jira's database, and there are plenty of reporting options to investigate.
