Cloud-Version: Issue Type tells it would be misconfigured??? Incompatible field configuration

No matter what I do, I always get this error. I tried several workarounds from the official forum, none worked. It appears in classic and next-gen project template as well.
Even if I create a completely new test account (free cloud version), the error is there from the beginning before having configured anything at all.
So I guess this is a bug in the cloud version and everybody should have this one right now?
