does anyone can tell me how can I check how many users are in the jira cloud? Mainly I need this to be able to control it.

Please see here as to how to see active users and other billing information. You should have site admin access to viewing all this info

If you are a site admin you can check this on th User Management page of your instance.

Yes, I'm the admin. The problem there is that I only see pages and pages of users but not a clear number as it is shown in Jira Server
