Hi,
I am Using JIRA Cloud version.
How to create a group of users that will be able to see what I going on but not make any changes to the work items. Hopefully, they will also be able to create bug reports/feature requests, etc.
I have checked Jira Admin account but I was not able to find manage user roles and permissions section.
