The code block macro has stopped working in Jira cloud when using Safari on Mac. It works using Chrome on Mac. In Safari it doesn't render and freezes the cursor.
Hi @runestilling welcome to the community. Just to eliminate some variables, are you using the latest MacOS on your Mac? If not, what version are you using? If you have other users in your instance, do they see the same behavior?
I took a quick look through Atlassian's Jira Site and couldn't find any open issues. I did see a different issue with that macro from awhile back, but it's not this issue (but could be related)
Could you also possibly attach some screenshots of Chrome vs Safari? Thx.
Hi @runestilling I was trying to reproduce your workflow, but without your exact steps, I was guessing at what you were doing. I was using the Code Snippet macro in my Jira Instance with the latest MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 and didn't experience what you are seeing. If you could share an example that I could try, that would be great.

Hi Dan - I'm using 15.3.2.
Safari - Code snippet doesn't show.
After this I just get a simple cursor. No code formatting (grey box).
